Who is Eligible?

• High school students (usually high school juniors)

• Who live in the Greater St. Louis  Missouri  metropolitan area.

Grants go to high-achieving students from lower-income families who are part of an underrepresented group in their community.

Half of each scholarship comes from the national AFS-USA program and half from local funds. The same application is used for both scholarships.

​

Students must be nominated by their high school or their college preparatory mentoring group.
